Lexapro was absolutely the downfall for me also:( finally after 4 years I had a “med check” and I didn’t cry! That was huge for me. I’m on Wellbutrin now and down 40lbs

My doctor did the same thing to me. I eventually went to a naturopath and had bloodwork done to see where my hormone imbalances were. My cortisol was through the roof but now I finally feel great!!

I’m going through health issues myself. I have a big appointment Tuesday and I’m so afraid to get gaslit again. Big hugs! Lexapro messed me up too. I gained weight and was a robot.

I am Canadian. I am not sure how the US medical system works. Are yall able to get access to a natural path?!? They do blood work up to see what is going on.

This is exactly how I used to feel. EXACTLY. I was diagnosed with bipolar and OCD. And I’m on celexa and bipolar meds. It’s still hard to lose weight and very easy to gain. But I’m happier.

I had a similar issue lately. My doctor specializes in functional medicine and women’s health. I thought my cortisol was high but it’s actually not. I found out I have the MTHFR gene and my vitamin B

I’m so sorry you are going through this. I have a similar story to yours. I saw a functional doctor and it really helped me! If you have one in your area it could be worth looking into. Thinking of you ♥️

I had the same thing happen. I got on lexapro after my dad passed in 2021 so I started in 2022. I can just randomly cry at any point. I’ve gained a bunch of weight and can’t lose it.

I can't relate to the anxiety, but I have the weight struggles due to some of my medications and I also have pcos. Have you tried inositol? It's a supplement and has helped me so much with my pcos!
