as an employee you have to cancel it at the club you signed up at bc not all locations are owned by the same group so we can’t access it, if you transfer it to that one you should be able to cancel🥰

PLS when i tell you, This exact thing happened to me and i went back to the car and you can change your home location online, i can’t remember if it was the app or the website but one of them youcan..

you can just mail a letter to ur home gym saying you want to cancel it, that's what I did

The same thing happened to me. All you have to do is have the planet fitness that u just went to have them change your home gym and then after they change your home gym, then you can cancel it.

I used to work at planet fitness! you have to call your home gym wherever you signed up at and they have to cancel it! unfortunately a different location won’t be able to! Love u❤️

I went in to cancel my membership and was told me I couldn’t cancel till their GM came back and I live an hour away from my “home gym” and I literally had to wait TWO hours until he got there🫠
