Going from being nervous at canter in real life and at start of session ➡️ no stirrups & reins then jumping! The simulator is brilliant for anyone feeling nervous with their riding. Especially kids who improve soooo much in one mechanical horse session, they just absorb it all up. But its a chance for them to learn (see, feel, experience) the right way to do things without just being told to sit up/lean back. Then they can understand what their instructor has been trying to tell them! And in future will know what they need to do.
