I’m not alt but I am very left-leaning from the Deep South and yeahhh…a lot of guys I’ve talked to with tattoos and DIY vests and cool taste in music have turned out to have ABHORRENT viewpoints 😭

Metal isn’t an inherently political genre, unlike goth or punk. Metal varies on sub genre and specific bands whether it’s political or not.
