I Always start in one Room and then expand. Like I start in the kitchen, then start collecting the dishes from other rooms, and i stop After one day. Next day is a next room. Nothing will be (1)

I’ve started telling myself that I only have to complete one room a day. If I get to more that’s great, but I don’t feel like I failed if my goal is only one room. And having some kind of timer works well for me too. Like can I load the dishwasher during my 15min work break? Or can I finish this task while cookies are baking?
