Hear me out - if you meal prep for 5-7 days, you only have to do it once a week, and you don’t have to do it again mid-week after work. Keep 3 in the fridge and freeze the rest for later in the week

I also try to meal prep every 2-3 days. really big on limiting the food I cook so I don’t have leftovers because being in microbiology you see so many horrors with leftovers it’s a big no for me.
