If you can’t consume all your vitamins through your food or you require supplements, be careful what you’re putting in your body.  4️⃣ Reduce your omega 6s/inflammation - I avoid cooking with oils like olive, rapeseed or sunflower and cook with avocado or coconut oil. Grass fed organic butter is also fine. I consume olive oil cold, on salads or with bread.  5️⃣ Swapping coffee for Matcha - this has helped reduce my anxiety whilst still giving me that caffeine hit & providing me with antioxidants.  - Did you know all of these things?!
