it's similar to cake mascaras that were used in the 40's and 50's. they definitely take a bit to get used to, but don't carry as much bacteria cause you can clean the wand between uses

My lashes never stay curled with very wet mascaras so I probably wouldn’t get it for myself. But those with already curled eyelashes, it’s not horrible
