So is the care sector getting that? As carers work incredibly hard, often now doing roles that nurses do under designated health orders but are still paid minimum wage.

HCAs got a pay rise and back date... but trainee nursing associates (tna) which only need to qualify a 3 year learning period to become a nurse. get paid 2 grades less than HCAs

I’m a nurse and I don’t think we get paid anywhere near what we should. But this is justice for the junior doctors. They deserve it more than anyone. I’m happy for them.
