#AD Bolognese meatballs, now elevated with an extra boost of flavour using Continental Stock Pot Sensations @Continental ANZ 🤌 #StockPot #ContinentalFoods #RealConcentratedStock Ingredients: ½ brown onion, finely diced 4 cloves garlic, crushed 1 stalk celery, finely diced ½ zucchini, grated 250g beef mince 1 Beef Continental Stock Pot Sensations ¾ cup breadcrumbs 1 egg Olive oil 500g tomato passata 1 cup polenta 1 Chicken Continental Stock Pot Sensations  Method: Finely dice the onion and celery and mince the garlic. Grate the zucchini, and add to a bowl with the beef mince, half the onion, celery and garlic, breadcrumbs, egg, and Beef Continental Stock Pot Sensations. Mix until combined then form into meatballs. Add meatballs to an air fryer basket and cook on medium to high heat for 10 minutes. Add olive oil to a pan and on medium heat add remaining onion and celery. Sautee until translucent then add garlic and once fragrant, add tomato passata then bring to a simmer. Once the meatballs are finished in the air fryer add them to the sauce to finish cooking. To make the polenta add one cup of polenta to a pot, with one cup cold water and one cup boiling water. Add in one Chicken Continental Stock Pot Sensations for an extra burst of flavour and stir to combine. Continue stirring until polenta becomes thick. Serve the meatballs with sauce on top of the polenta and enjoy.
