boiling actually brings it to a higher temp than pasteurization (pasteurization is done at like 140) so they’re paying more for more work

Reading the comments and wonder isn't raw milk actually cheaper? My family used to buy raw milk and boil it at home because it was cheaper this way than buying from the store
