the girl that cut your hair shouldn't be let near a scissors. however, a half inch will make a huge difference and it will be absolutely fine. was it cut to a side or middle parting?

you can see even more on this video,how different the lengths are.I want to say go back, but tbh leave it be,let it grow,find a new hairdresser.I have had 2 botched cuts and just leave it 👍
