Recipe 1 lb ground beef (you can use turkey or chicken) 1/2 of small onion (chopped) 1/4 of green & red bell pepper (chopped) 2 garlic cloves (chopped) Fresh cilantro (chopped) 2 tablespoons sofrito 1/2 tablespoons Sazon & Adobo 1/2 tablespoons Dominican oregano 1 teaspoon black pepper Salt to taste Tomato sauce Olives Im using @goyafoods yellow and white pastry disc. I like to stretch them out so they can be thinner and also bigger! Once you fill with meats you can freeze or fry for about 2 mins on each side on medium to low heat. Serve with mayo ketchup &Enjoyyy!
