I’m using grips from @Gymreapers 💀 Use Code “PERK” for 10% off Cues ☝🏻 1️⃣ Upper BackPulldown: Flare your elbows out and lean back as you pull. 2️⃣ Chest-Supported High Row: Be sure to flare your elbows to about a 45 degree angle off of your body and pull towards your chest. 🔀 Shrugs (Superset) 3️⃣ Unilateral Seated Cable Row: Lean forward in your upper body slightly. Make sure to keep your elbows tucked tight at your side as you pull, squeeze and hold that contraction once your elbows reach your torso.  4️⃣ Seated High + Wide Row: Take a wide grip, pronated grip outside of shoulder width. As you pull, flare your elbows out completely and pull towards your upper chest.  5️⃣ Seated Db Curl: Think about curling up in an arc to at least 90 degrees or just a bit higher, squeezing and holding before letting the weight come back down slowly and under control. 6️⃣ DB Hammer Curl: Internal rotate slightly.
