Any place that has salt will make it a pain to remove that with an Allen head. Should’ve just used a normal hex head grade 12.9 bolt.

So bolt under sideways tension, so you use a harder bolt. Do you know what happens when they don't bend?

Harder bolt isn't always better, they tend to snap easier.

the real issue is that most of these were built with one differential to subframe bolt instead of two

I love your solution except for two things, the zinc plating will badly corrode in any environment that sees road salt and the Allen drive head will strip easier once any corrosion sets in.

There is a recall on my ford dealership on these, we change the bushing to an upgraded one.

Bolts rating is how much pressure it can take straight. It does not help with side to side force.

Also what is causing the driveshaft to torque that way? Can the center and front of the driveshaft be stabilized to help prevent it from happening?

No… if you look there is pocket for the second bushing that they never installed in the sub frame. And there is even a threaded hole on the diff cover for it too.

This is a common issue with the BMW X3M too, multiple companies have come out with “better” diff bolts. And a new bushing
