In bootcamp my E-7 beat into us "I DON'T CARE IF IT'S A PAPER CUT!!! DOCUMENT IT!!!" So I did for 20yrs. 100% t&p VA rating first go round. So.... DOCUMENT IT!!!!

#5 is pretty close to what happened to me lol. I went in for a normal check up one day and the nurse found that I had high blood pressure. I told the doc I was fine and he made me stay til he got down

I recently told my CO I was trying to be a good sailor and ignore the pain. He told me to never do that again and get to medical. Still feels weird to have someone care like that.
