i have a very reactive GS, I've tried & tried working with her on it but just can't break her from it. Doesn't like other dogs likes very few people. She was a rescue dog from a shelter.

but the leash isn't supposed to be a bungee. a reactive dog has to be snapped out of reaction by the leash on his neck. bungee don't work
