He should’ve been fired bc he was clueless , they had driving behavior and reasonable suspicion to beleive he was impaired. He can absolutely refuse but can still be charged . They have to be sure

I have to agree with the two white cops, the black cop seems confused about conducting a dui investigation. a field test should have been conducted. a dui arrest take at least 4 hours or more.
