@theinternalcosmos: Do you have a tight jaw? do you find yourself clenching or tensing? try these three movements to help relieve that tension (and consoder decreasing caffeine if it persists - eveeyones body is different but for me caffeien always makes me clench my jaw, my grandpa could relax and go roght to sleep after an espresso - diffeent strokes - so test what works for you). 1. Tongue Stretch: Stick your tongue out as far as it will go.Try to touch your tongue to your chin, then to your nose.Hold each position for a few seconds.Repeat 5-10 times. 2.Side-to-Side Jaw Stretch: Gently move your jaw from side to side.Hold each position for a few seconds.Repeat 5-10 times. 3. Temporalis massage:Rubbing the muscles above your ear, where your glasses rest, can feel good and release tension because these muscles are part of the temporalis, which is involved in jaw movement and can hold a lot of tension, especially if you clench your jaw or grind your teeth.
