Made with Arnott’s Scotch Finger bikkies 💕 ⭐ Single Serve White Choc & Berry Cheesecake* ⭐ INGREDIENTS For the base: 2x Arnott's Scotch Finger Biscuits 10g Melted Butter For the cheesecake: 100g Cream Cheese 1 Tbsp Icing Sugar 10g White Chocolate, melted To top: 10g White Chocolate, melted Fresh Strawberries, chopped METHOD 1. Crush the Scotch Finger Biscuits in a zip lock bag, and add to a ramekin dish. Add melted butter and press down to form a base. Refrigerate for 10 minutes. 2. For the cheesecake filling, add cream cheese, icing sugar and melted chocolate to a bowl. Whisk together until well combined. Pour over the biscuit base and refrigerate for 3-5 hours, or until set. 3. Top cheesecake with a drizzle of melted chocolate, chopped strawberries and crushed Scotch Finger biscuits. *Recipe makes one single-serve cheesecake #cheesecake #onepot #nobake #ScotchFinger
