if I just look at my fixed costs here in Switzerland (near Zurich City, living alone) - let's just put the Swiss Franc at 1:1 with the USD to make it easier, technically 1 chf is 1.13 usd atm.

You could possibly negotiate a longterm deal in Mexico to reduce that price also. Taxation would also come into play.

Time is a huge expense too you gain time at an all inclusive by not having to cook/clean/grocery shopping … gaining so much time is worth $800 or $100
