Recipe Peaches Greek yogurt (choose brands with high protein, low added sugar) 1-2 tsp chia seeds Almond (or peanut) butter Walnuts (or other tree nut like pistachios, almonds, etc.) Cut peaches in half. Take the seed out and fill the hole with almond butter. Mix chia seeds with greek yogurt and spoon some on top of the peach. Lastly, add crushed walnuts on top!
