@ferdieshops: Piezogenic papules are small, soft, and often skin-colored bumps that appear on the heels, wrists, or other pressure-bearing areas of the body. They occur when fat tissue from beneath the skin pushes through the connective tissue, usually as a result of pressure or weight-bearing activities. These papules are generally harmless and not associated with pain, though they can be uncomfortable for some people. They're often noticed when standing or putting pressure on the affected area and may disappear when the pressure is relieved. Treatment is usually not necessary unless they cause significant discomfort. #massagetherapy #massagetherapist
