@vincoetzee: Exercise Mastery: ROPE TRICEP PUSHDOWN 1. Position the cable stack overhead and attach the rope attachment. The correct height will allow you to maintain tension throughout the exercises full ROM and minimise shoulder use with heavier weights. 2. Taking 1-2 steps back from the stack try keep the cable as close to your body as possible in the pushdown. The cable should run directly Infront of your face throughout the exercise. Bending slightly at the hips and keeping your chest up. 3. Arms are fixed just slightly Infront of your body and knuckles are facing slightly towards each other.
