You can always rent it out, use that to pay off the mortgage, refinance, release equity and purchase another home, and by the time you’re 40 life off the income 🎉

my rent is 56%of my wages after the other bills and food I can't afford to put savings away. personally I think if you can pay £700 a month rent without defaulting you should be allowed to get a 100%

It’s anybody’s own choice, me personally I like mortgage for my family’s security and it works out a little bit cheaper. But then on the flip side yes if boiler goes you have to fork out.

I just want to rent becuase I don’t know if I’m going to stay in my current job, but there’s no properties to rent anymore. I don’t want to pay all the house buying costs if I’m only there 12 months.
