@traveltomtom: Always wanted to travel to Red Sea in Egypt to swim with dolphins in the wild! ❤️🐬 If you are fit and a good swimmer you will be able to have a great time in the water with the dolphins. Unfortunately because of my ear problems I cant dive deep with them as much as I wish to. But damn had such an epic experience on this dolphin trip in Hurghada! I did the trip with Serbian Travel House 🫶🏼 100% worth it! 😍 #hurghada #egypt #dolphins #redsea

One of the things that is hard to capture and convey is the depth of emotional self-awareness and vulnerability that happens during an elephant relocation. As you might imagine, being human makes us susceptible to a full range of emotions as the time for transport approaches – excitement, anxiety, joy, worry, happiness, and unease can creep up. With so much time and energy invested in this process and the anticipation of getting Pupy to the sanctuary so she can start her healing journey, it’s easy for emotions to throw us out of balance. In fact, the relocation itself can be its own small healing journey - for humans and elephants alike. The sanctuary caregivers know that their ability to remain grounded and present with the elephants in their care is an important part of unlocking the vulnerability that allows for deep healing. To be able to ask elephants to trust us, we have to go beyond training and focus on true connection. In the process of trying to connect with these deeply emotional and intelligent beings, we have to master the flow of our own feelings and be just as vulnerable. In this video, Scott, who has learned this lesson long ago, becomes overwhelmed with emotion when he sees Pupy’s caregivers at the Ecoparque reach a new level of connection and understanding with Pupy. Thankfully, he was able to grab a few clips of Pupy looking spectacularly relaxed alongside her caregivers, who sit nearby. After you feel the calm energy from this video, take Pupy and her caregivers’ lead today – give yourself the gift of a few deep, grounding breaths and a moment to reset. #gsePUPY #Elephants #elephant #sanctuary #animalrescue #animallovers #funnyanimals #rescueanimals #fyp
