Blueberry and strawberry jam roulade recipe! 5 egg yolks 1/2 tsp vanilla extract 1/4 tsp salt 50g sugar 100g all purpose flour 2g baking powder 40g milk 40g vegetable oil 5 egg whites 70g sugar Blueberries Strawberry jam 250g whipping cream + 20g sugar Bake in a preheated oven at 160 degrees for 12 minutes Start by preheating your oven. Then start separating your egg yolks and egg whites. Mix your egg yolks with 50g sugar, vanilla extract, salt and whisk until creamy and the volume has increased. In a separate bowl whisk up your egg whites to create meringue. Gradually add your egg whites back into the egg yolk mixture and whisk well and gently. Sift in your flour and fold well. In a separate bowl containing the milk and oil, add a little bit of the batter and mix. Add this mixture back into the main batter. Once everything is combined, pour into your baking tray and bake at 160 degrees for 12 minutes! Once out the oven, allow it to cool before filling with a layer of jam, then cream and finally placing some blueberries. Roll it up and place it in the fridge for around 12 hours!
