My dad owns an 18 wheeler repair shop, he said nowadays many drivers can’t properly back up, maneuver, or don’t know how to detach the trailer, I have no idea how they’re getting their license

Once time I saw a semi truck coming in hot while I was stopped at an exit. I quickly moved to the emergency lane and he hit the car infront of me 👀
