@pikachakula: Day 2 of end of the month budget series is a Masala chips recipe y'all would never say no to, especially when it costs you just KSH 150 to make.  Ingredients: 3 tbsp oil- KSH 5 1 onion, chopped- KSH 10 1 tbsp garlic, chopped- KSH 5 2 tomatoes, chopped- KSH 20 Salt to taste- KSH 5 2 tbsp Tropical Heat Chips Masala - KSH 20 3 tbsp tomato sauce/ketchup- KSH 10 Double fried chips- KSH 70 Coriander leaves, for garnishing- KSH 5 TOTAL: KSH 150 Method: Heat oil in a pot and add the onions and garlic. Cook for a minute and then add tomatoes, salt, chips masala and tomato sauce and mix. Cook for 5 minutes and then add the double-fried chips and coriander leaves, mix and serve.  #Fyp #food #recipes
