Unroll the puff pastry, then add the apple butter to the center of the sheet. Place the Brie wheel on top of the apple butter, then fold the pastry around it. 2. Place three pieces of kitchen string on top of the wrapped pastry, then flip over. Tie each string, then cut off the excess. 3. Brush with egg wash, then bake at 375F for 20-25 minutes, or until golden brown.
