@missclairebenjamin: ⭐️ Envy and comparison can really take hold of us sometimes… Envy and comparison is something we all experience to different degrees at different times and are not a sign that you’re inadequate or less than. Getting caught in the comparison trap is often a sign that you’re disconnected from your own unique skills, qualities and strengths. We can envy colleagues, our manager, friends, family members and even our direct reports for a whole host of reasons. Feeling envy and comparing ourselves can be really uncomfortable and also impact our self- confidence. However if we normalise envy and comparison we can actually use it to support our growth.
