What's the maximum square meter it can be without permissions please? is it 15m² if not connected to the property or 30m² if it is attached?

We have a 5 x 4m log cabin from Waltons, but upgraded to 44mm wood, roof shingles and wood preserver so think it was about £4k. Hubby prepared the base and built it himself, was super easy
