Unless it was powder that somehow became airborne in or around her face and she inhaled it I'd lean away from exposure. there's dozens of studies by doctors explaining fenny is not transdermal.

With everything officers go thru why would an incident like that this cause a panic attack? She wasn’t even acting panicked and said she was fine. She also appeared to be out cold. Def exposure

I don’t see anything like a panic attack. She looked like she just casually went down. I think it would’ve been a hard fall if it was actually passing out. But hard to say without knowing her.

Having went to hundreds of Fentanyl overdoses it’s common to have residue when the pills rub together. They run their nose or eyes and it happens. Never saw it be panic attack. Effects differ
