the trainign hair thing works for me. If i wash my hair everydayn it gets greasy for 15hours but if i wash it once or twice a week it get greasy evry 5-13 days.

Just be careful those with coloured hair to not use clarifying shampoo as often, it can strip the colour! I use 1/2x a month
