@yummy_little_belly: SWEET POTATO & CARROT BISCUITS 🧡 Ingredients * 100g (3/4 us cup) carrots, steamed * 100g (3/4 us cup) sweet potato, steamed * 180g (1 1/2 us cup) self raising flour * 40g (1/4 us cup) butter or dairy free butter, melted Method 1. Pre-heat the oven to 180° C (350 F °). 2. Place the cooked sweet potato and carrots in a large bowl and mash them with a fork. 3. Add the melted butter and the self raising flour to the bowl and mix all together to make a dough, using your hands (add a little more flour if the dough is too sticky). 4. Roll out the dough on a floured surface or on the backing paper until is 1/2 centimetre thick and cut out into shapes with a cookie cutter. 5. Place them on baking paper on a baking tray and bake for 12-15 minutes - keep checking to make sure they don’t overcook, all ovens can be different 6.
