You said that beautifully and with such grace. Thank you for being so understanding with another person who is hurting while trying to cope with it yourself. Big hugs from me to you. ❤️

That comment.😐. It’s not a competition people! Everyone has trauma & suffering let’s just be an ear or a shoulder for one another.

You are aloud to speak your truth and the pain your family has gone through and how it’s impacted your lives. Yes things could have been worse but it doesn’t mean you can’t express your feelings. 🖤

As a nurse working wiserious TBI injuries result in a totally different person. I can’t imagine the difficulty caring for someone with a TBI and at the same time grieving for the person they were. ❤️

I didn’t think you were being ungrateful at all. I think this lady is very bitter. Do not take it to heart. God Bless You.

I can't believe these comments... I'm sorry... Each person has a different story, just because these people had it hard, doesn't make what you are going through like it don't matter... I feel sorry

why do people insist on the trauma/grief Olympics... like we could commiserate or support each other... like their are more options

If she’s drowning in 2 inches of water and you’re drowning in 4 inches, you are both still drowning. You are allowed to have your feelings during this time without it being compared to someone elses

You have every right to mourn the life you use to live. A change like this is so traumatic and you don’t need to feel grateful all the time. It’s ok to mourn and feel what you feel everyday!

I understand. You have lost the man you married. I’m sorry this has happened. You are allowed to grieve.

Your son does not make her troubles any less at all. To her they are bad as can be. 😞

Just because someone’s situation might be worse, doesn’t make yours any less traumatic! Smh 🤦🏽♀️

I am sorry that both of your families have had such a life changing experience. I have had a few. I find it invalidating to say that to anyone. It’s hurtful. I think we can support each other
