I’ve never heard of this black tongue thing (thankfully) but a year ago I took Pepto and the next day 💩 black and went to the ER. 😂 I have IBS so I use pepto a lot and that’s never happened! For sure thought I was halfway dead lmao

The discoloration usually goes away on its own within a few days after you stop taking Pepto-Bismol, but it can last for several days. SEVERAL DAYS!?!?!?!?!
