@nerdycurvyandthriving: So, something I have not really spoken about since it happened; At the end of 2022 l started dating someone who would end up to be the most evil person I would ever encounter. For the next 10 months, I lived in a world that was not my own. I was manipulated, gaslit, and torn down every hour of every day. I was forced to be the sole provider for us both, alianted from the ones I loved, and stripped of any glimmer of hope for a future. My friends and family saw my light dim as he drained the life out of me. I was exhausted and so sick from the stress that my doctors thought I had an autoimmune disorder. One year ago today, I came home from working an overtime shift, and he had gone. Blocked me on everything, took my belongings, and left me for dead. I didn't think I was going to live. I truthfully didn't believe there was reason for me to keep breathing. My friends & family picked me up and gave my heart shelter. You gave me reasons to live, reasons to heal. I am forever grateful. Thank you for not letting me disappear "Since you left..."
