This is a powerful reminder of the reality of life – every soul shall taste death. Allah ﷻ says in the Qur’an: “Every soul shall taste death, and you will only be given your [full] compensation on the Day of Resurrection.” (Qur’an 3:185) May Allah ﷻ forgive and have mercy on everyone who has been laid to rest here and across the world.
