Pull out the blender, throw in the ingredients (most of which you probably have on hand ) and see your mood chill down by several degrees. If you happen to have some of my Cinnamon-Cardamom Cold Brew (recipe in Sababa) on hand, that would be a great place to start. Shabbat shalom! 1/2 cup prepared espresso or coffee, cooled 1/4 cup simple syrup or 3-4 TB sugar 1/2 cup half & half or milk, plus more as needed 2 teaspoons vanilla 2 cups ice Combine everything in the blender and blend until smooth, adding more half and/or ice to achieve your personal perfect slushiness.
