44, can fat fire retire today in NYC, but still working full time at stressful job so I can get paid out all my RSUs and 2024 bonus checks. I plan to retire on 45th bday early next year.

I’m there at 38. Depending on what to I about housing (payoff mortgage, move cheaper, etc). I can quit between 45-50.
