@a_vonachen: My biggest mistake when starting my running journey was doing every run at a max effort. If you are new to running it’s especially important to go slower for your body to be able to run for longer and help you build a base. Going at a max effort for a long time or for every run is just not enjoyable and makes you question why people love to run. Putting your ego aside and throwing pace out the window and just going nice and slow you may surprise yourself with how much better you do! When training for a race it’s important to do majority of your runs slow to help you build your aerobic base as well as help your body be able to recover. Pick 1-2 days to give your all out effort and other than that it should be nice and slow! My slow runs are why I fell in love with running and they are always the runs I crave. #marathontraining #runtok #Running #runnergirl #beginnerrunner #runningtips #runningcommunity #runningmotivation
