Go to a dentist that specializes in TMJ. My dentist did Botox injections and it does help.

My dentist made me a hard mouth guard with a soft interior. Hated it at first but had made all the difference.

No chewing gum and limit food that is tough to chew. Also if you sleep and put your hand under your cheek you have to stop. That adds to it too.

Wear the mouthguard. Massage. Charge eating (temporarily) to no hard chewing foods like steak, no gum. Meditation. Yoga. To relieve stress held in body.
