What’s in them? - I don’t personally use pre-workouts or energy drinks since my heart doesn’t play nice with stimulants or any kind. - I also feel they aren’t necessary for a good workout and pose more of a health risk to us, which far outweighs the benefits. - The short version is, there’s some artificial sweeteners in these, a large amount of stimulants, preservatives, and cyanocobalamin - which can’t really be absorbed by those with an MTHFR gene defect (42% of the population). - Do I recommend these? Not really. - Is it your choice, yes. - Do I ever judge? Nope, not ever.
