@simonawellness: The 12 stretches are: 1. forward fold 2. Pancake split 3. Right leg stretch 4. Left leg stretch 5. Side bend right side 6. Side bend left side 7. Pigeon right leg 8. Pigeon left leg 9. Twist right side 10. Twist left side 11. Double knee to chest 12. Plow Stretching before you go to bed, allows your nervous system to relax so your body and mind can recover during sleep. If you’re nervous system is not relax, and you’re holding onto tension when you go to bed, your body will not start recovering until you are fully relax. Sometimes you can get a full night of sleep and not get a lot of recovery because your body was not relaxing enough to start rebuilding itself. This is the reason why many people will wake up, feeling restless, and how their bodies will become very stressed, injured and sick.
