i just started beef tallow this week too! i got it on etsy its mixed with anti inflammatory herbs and its fr the only thing that seems to be working

Foods u need to avoid are dairy, gluten,sugar, and eggs, u can eat that but not too much :))

Get unscented in case you react to oils and scents. This, and organic beef liver oil capsules have worked amazing for my skin. 2 caps a day.

Lady may Tallow is the best 🙏🏻 her unscented whipped tallow has helped my skin so much. It’s the only one I’ve found that doesn’t have a beef smell 🖤
