My brother was a coal car rider about 45 years ago on that ramp. I recall seeing him on the car thinking it was going to fall into the river.

that looks like it is Cumberland st & the river, it used to b way higher than that, we called it the horse head , the part that was no longer there looked like a horse head , brings back memories
