Always have a PRN job with your full time job. It looks like you've never been unemployed if you leave one. I've never had a gap in employment.

My problem is that I have a sleeping disorder and easy to get jobs are way more demanding than desks jobs that are more difficult to get but more manageable to actually do

I went through 5 contract roles in year to pay bills but it led to me getting into an analyst role later at a different company etc. sometimes you just gotta pay the bills until you get your big break
