I live with my autistic brother. He was having problems with chronic dehydration because he couldn’t make himself drink water. Flavoring packets/ drops have helped him SO much

When I was pregnant I HATED the taste of water🤢 and my doctor suggested to use these so I could get my daily water intake. This idea is amazing and I don’t understand the hate behind it😔

Sugar free lemonade packets kept me hydrated my entire pregnancy because plain water made me nauseous😩 still water at the end of the day 🤷🏼♀️

When I was trying to cut out soda I did flavor packets & club soda. Kept the carbonation & the flavor but it was STILL WATER. Now I can drink my 64oz reusable bottle of reg water during work no prob.

I used to be one of those people that thought that wasn’t water but I kept watching and now I understand that it doesn’t matter they are hydrating themself. I for one LOVE just COLD unflavored water..
