girl HEB Has a rubbing alcohol but its red ! and it helps so much with yours muscles ! i had a pinch nerve and i put that thing on there and worked miracles!!!

Ice the back of your neck 20 mins on, 1 hour off and cervical stretches you can find on google. You just need to release the nerve, bestie! I work for a spine orthopedic 🫶🏻

If you can’t get into the chiropractor— visit cvs and get one of the tens machines they’re the best thing ever. Anytime I have a pinched nerve or pain i stick that to me and lay on the sofa

Get a tens electro massager thing. You can get one at Walgreens or cheaper good ones on Amazon. I have both. They are my lifesavers! And ny heating pad

I’ve done it all and nothing worked for my pain. So I put my big girl pants on and got an injection in that nerve. It hurt, but I will do it again. Cause no more pain.
